pork chops:
1. take some pork chops out da freezer
2. defrost those bitches
3. place 'em on a rack in between some sheets of paper towel and leave 'em for an hour or so (absorbs excess moisture)
4. grab a skillet
5. heat that bitch up, throw some olive oil in, about three tablespoons
6. use a temperature gauge, make sure that bitch heats up to at least 350 degrees farhenheit
7. take the paper towels and discard 'em, (optional) baste those fuckers with some room temp butter then coat in seasonings (salt, pepper, oregano, whatever combination you want)
8. throw 'em in the skillet, 3 minutes per side, do that for about 18 to 20 minutes

green beans:
1. take some out da freezer AT THE SAME TIME AS THE PORK CHOPS
2. defrost those bitches
3. place 'em in between sheets of paper towels and leave 'em for an hour or so
4. once they adequately dry, discard paper towels and throw those bitches into the heated skillet that is still hot from cooking them pork chops
5. throw a dollop of butter in the pan, cook 'em for about 6 minutes, try to get an even spread
(if necessary leave the pork chops in the microwave so they don't get cold while you cooking the green beans)

mashed taters:
1. get a gallon pot
2. fill that bitch with water about 2/3s of the way full
3. put that shit to boil, throw some salt in
4. peel about 3 or 4 potatoes, your choice of which kind
5. make sure they clean as a whistle, cut 'em into moderately large chunks
6. throw those bitches into water, let 'em soak for at least half an hour
7. when that water gets hot, at least 200 degrees farhenheit, throw them bitches in
8. 20 minutes later, check consistency, should be tender, they slide off a knife when impaled
9. throw about a cup of water and 2 tablespoons of butter in that bitch with some garlic powder
(preferably throw 'em in while you cooking them chops so they be done by the time the chops is done)
(optional: make some gravy)

BOOM classic pork chops and mashed taters dinner.

leave 'em out on paper towels at room temperature, the paper towels absorb the moisture on the meat. then, if necessary, take new paper towels and dab them dry. you want the meat's surface as dry as possible because you're gonna pan fry these fuckers and the moisture will prevent them from properly frying.

Why yes, here are some good time tested recipes I've been eating for years
1) Hawaii 5-eggs
Bacon (or turkey bacon if you're cutting) + red bell peppers + a bit of pineapple + cheese + 5 eggs. Add some greek yoghurt when you mix your eggs if you want it extra fluffy. Basically a frittata.
2) Cottage cheese
Just eat cottage cheese
3) Peanut butter honey sandwich is the perfect pre-workout meal. Do NOT use smooth peanut butter for your own safety

This one is for multicooker.
1. Get two chicken legs and put them into multicooker's bowl. Pour water so it covers the meat
2. Set timer to 30 minutes, 'soup' mode
3. While it works prepare 3-4 potatoes, one carrot (slice it into small pieces), slice small onion maybe if you like.
4. When multicooker finishes its work, add to a multicooker pot those prepared vegetables and some macaroni or rice or buckwheat or something like that . Pour little water, like 100g maybe or even 50g, just to cover vegetables
5. Don't forget seasonings too, teaspoon of salt
6 set timer to 15-17 mins and same mode

This has got to be one of THE WORST “recipes” I’ve ever seen. I don’t even know where to start destroying your cooklet ass
>defrost pork chops between two paper towels
WHY??? Why are you putting all the frozen food in paper towels??
>put olive oil in a hot pan
WHY?? Olive oil has a very low smoke point. You’re searing pork chops in oil that is going to smoke like crazy and taste ACRID
>check the temp of the pan to make sure it’s 350 degrees
LOL. DUDE what the fuck?? Just heat up the pan! When your grape seed oil begins to atomize and barely start to smoke a little, that’s when you know it’s hot enough
>baste in butter and then season
YOU NEED TO SEASON PRIOR TO PUTTING THE CHOPS IN THE PAN. If you want to baste, you need to sear the first side hard and then let the second side get about halfway seared, THEN throw in some butter/garlic/thyme or whatever turn down the heat then baste
>18-20 minutes
WRONG. After searing 2-3 minutes per side and basting, put in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes MAX
>defrost beans in paper towels
Again, WHY?!?
>cook beans for 6 minutes
NO. FUCK no, it should be a couple minutes at the most. Sauternes garlic and shallot and then throw in beans, salt and pepper to taste
>soak potatoes for an hour
WHY?? For what fucking reason??
>bring water to a boil and then add potatoes
WRONG AGAIN. You need to ALWAYS start with cold salted water and bring the potatoes up in the cold water. If you add potatoes to hot water, the outside gets overcooked while the inside is undercooked

It’s remarkable how bad you are at this. For the love of god, PLEASE tell us how to make gravy :)
