Seems like a good guy but obviously he was unsuccessful because his country died after he died.
He should have basically forced everybody to mix. Like how Supreme Dictator of Paraguay José Gaspar Rodríguez made it illegal for white men to marry white women.
He should have instituted similar laws. Forced everybody in Yugoslavia to marry a person of a different ethnicity to destroy the various ethnic groups and fully create a Yugoslav ethnicity. Without doing something that drastic Yugoslavia was basically doomed to break up.
