From a programmer's perspective it makes you feel more like an engineer and less like a code monkey since the focus can be shifted onto more important things like concepts and design. Sometimes it can also help with iteration and modularization, stuff that can take a lot of time and effort and maybe isn't needed for the thing to work so it's often overlooked

The game is pretty much 30% music if not more, it's simply too good
I tend to get hooked to games that have good music, even if I don't feel like playing them I just come back to listen to the soundtracks

Neon White in particular has incredibly cool strats you can learn. I really got a kick out of it and it's rare for that to happen
