NTA but it might have to do with the type of trigger condition for the skills
Some of them check multiple times to trigger like a skill that can trigger any time during the entire last leg, compared with one that can only trigger at the beginning of the last leg
Each time they wit check it can trigger and on longer tracks I guess it checks more times so low wit can still yield decent procs, I don't really know though
