Without wind, yes. My scope even has crosshairs for 200 yards with .22lr, on a perfectly calm day I'll make those shots, but depending on wind I prefer to stick with 50-100 yards. I shoot hundreds of ground squirrels every year, I'm no slouch with this, I just understand the reality of what can be shot reliably and repeatedly vs. a one-off shot where you push your luck for competition purposes.
Although shooting a 6 inch squirrel at 200 yards is a bit of a different task than shooting a 6 foot man at same.
