nothing, i have no appetite in the morning and i get up around 5:30 am even though my work day doesn't start until 8. i'll either have

it usually holds me over until around 4pm when i start getting hungry and then i'll have an early dinner and that's it. i lost a ton of weight this year and my appetite is mostly gone until evening
