I have coffee later in the morning because of similar reasons. I wake up at 5, go on my run, come home to shower and have breakfast with the famalam and blah blah blah, not having coffee until after 10am.
Helps a lot having it later. Try to make sure you have a full glass of water first thing. That also helped my bellyaches.

Wake up
Half water bottle
Half protein shake
2-3 shots of vodka to make the shaking stop
Get ready
5-6 heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt with granola and in season berries if any. If not, raisins while watching the news
Finish water, save the rest of the shake for tomorrow
Coffee in a thermos to go, drink during the morning commute
On weekends I'll have bacon, potatoes and egg whites or avocado toast on homemade rosemary sourdough with everything bagel seasoning and balsamic glaze depending on what's available/ on sale. I live in the southwest so we grow avocados out here and sometimes they're like 59ยข. I don't know how people pay $13 for that shit.
If the berries or nanners are starting to spoil I'll make pancakes but I can barely finish 1. I usually end up saving them for dinner.

I have a night job, so I'm nocturnal. So more like every early evening.

Usually two bowls of steamed frozen vegetables with a bit of white rice and tilapia.

Not trying to be some ethical pescatarian or vegetarian faggot or anything. I'm just not a big guy and I like to keep my meals small and my digestion efficient. For some reason, red meat and poultry slow my digestion to a fucking crawl. Also, I do manual labor and big meals make me slow and bloated. And I prefer leaving room for low calorie snacks throughout my shift.

Upon waking, straight to the kitchen 1 cup of coffee, splash of half and half. News goes on the family room TV and I catch up on the world, or I finish whatever movie I fell asleep on the night beforehand.

With my 2nd cup comes my morning pills, so 1/2 banana and either toast w/butter, a pastry if I have it, cup of yogurt. Or I might cook an egg once a week and have with toast or english muffin. Microwave some frozen sausage patties, if I'm doing a sandwich with cheese or making an omelet or fried rice with whatever is in the fridge drawers leftover. Breakfast fried rice is a secret pleasure.

I like something mildly spicy first thing in the morning, helps me feel more awake. I throw one of these on, takes like a minute in a pot. Combine with some green tea and go over some notes for the day.

I don't eat breakfast more than 99% of the time
it's too much hassle, I'd rather sleep in the extra 15 minutes, any breakfast food that tastes good is better served as supper anyway (gravy and biscuits, french toast and bacon, breakfast burritos, etc), I already eat too many calories per day, there's just no point. I don't even get a coffee or anything. Water sometimes I guess?

The most incorrect part though is that the ugly frogs are congregating. They don't know others and only gather online. You know, "virtually".

There'd never be a scene with three 'frens' together as a team fighting the nonexistent war between single mothers with mixed race babies and evil jewish stereotypes by living happily in their little incel bubble. But I guess that's why it's a fantasy. Doesn't have to make any sense.

Or

They're both really filling and I can boil the water or cook the rice while I shower. Would recommend

I like to break my fast with a big ass bowl of oatmeal. It's cheap so I make a shitload of it and throw any extras in the trash.
I'm not racist, but it's not like some starving kid in Ethiopia or some other African nation would've been able to eat my cooked oatmeal. But now that I mention it, it would probably be very cost effective to send them a couple hundred tons of uncooked oatmeal. Just think about it. Within a generation or two, the African population will explode and they will be in a position to replace certain groups with replacement migration.

>spysauce journey
I couldn't find a definition for this on urban dictionary. What does this mean?
Trying to keep up with all of this frogtalk is more difficult than keeping up with African-American Vernacular English. I mean, I get that's it's basically an ancient version of British English with German grammar and a bunch of nonsense words, but that doesn't make it any easier. It's like talking to a British chav sometimes.

I both hate cooking in the morning and also don't like traditional breakfast foods so on Sundays I make a "Breakfast" and a "Lunch" meal for the week that reheat and refridge well. I'm on the spectrum so apparently that lets me eat the same brekky and lunch every day for a week and not be bothered by it.

It's not bad if you're not going to be eating anything else until hungry. With 30g of protein and 400 calories per bar, it will be a while though.

>1g dietary fiber
>24g sugar

A long while before he has to use the restroom too. Also, 100g per bar is about double the size of a snickers bar. It might as well be one with all of that sugar.

Plain low fat yogurt, about half a liter, and that's only to get some protein in my system. I'm never hungry early in the morning, my first proper meal is lunch.

Black tea or Coffee, two big ass cups... A fuckton of milk
A bowl of mixed cereals not just one kind -ditto milk-
It HAS to be 'sweet', I can't do 'savory' unless it's a hotel. And then it's only on the first day, after that maybe croissants...

Do you make a batch for a couple of days and keep it in the fridge? Or do you make fresh batter every morning?
Curious about how well a pancake batter would keep overnight

Not her, but I used to make an absolutely enormous batch of pancakes once a month, eat the final few still hot and freeze the then-cooled others. Getting them out of the freezer, onto a plate, into the nukebox then onto my fork took seconds compared to minutes. That said, fresh pancake better is extremely quick to make, especially if you make eggless batter. I'm not vegan, but eggless pancake batter tastes identical to the real thing. Just swap eggs for chickpea flour and increase the fat and oil. The chickpea flour, plain flour, bicarb and sugar mixture can be combined ahead of time so all you have to do is add fat, acid and milk or water (or non-dairy milk-alike), stir to combine and ladle onto a hot, headed skillet. Fresh batch can be made in under 10 minutes.

Organic maple brown sugar oatmeal. Its good for you, extremely good. Regulates blood sugar. Keeps you sustained till lunch. Fiber, keeps you regular. Have some milk with it. Very simple, takes 2 mins in microwave. Tastes great. Can sometimes add a protein from home or work, to really fill the belly up. Can even skip lunch if needed and just have a big dinner. It is THE MOST LOGICAL choice for a single male.

Couple slices of scrapple, bacon, ham sometimes sausage, eggs, cheese and that's about it. On the weekends I'll sometimes have Taylor ham or steak or maybe I'll get two chicken breasts, mash them flat and add cheeses with it and make a cordon Bleu.

I boil a pound of chicken gizzards that I then mix with pureed cottage cheese and coconut oil. I then eat it with chopsticks and with a dip I make out of yogurt and powdered purple sweet potato.

Yes carbs have that effect. They fuck YOU up. Avoid carbs unless you are immediately doing heavy work, which will mitigate the effects.
