Every time I've eaten at a subway all the food is very very fresh. Like I just got it a few days ago at a grocery store. They have refrigerators and freezers at subway so you know they are obviously keeping food fresh there.

I don't know why you guys badmouth obviously nice places. Maybe because they are popular. In any case, all the food is all fresh there. Never seen anything showing any signs of spoilage. I go to a Costco monthly and a grocery store twice a month April to November. I have a garden, I get my cattle slaughtered.... I know what fresh is and subway is really close to going outside and getting it from the garden or thawing it from your chest freezer.

Going to a subway is a treat because I can't always get ALL the ingredients for a big sandwich as fresh as they have it year round. I can make a pretty good sandwich at home certain times of the year but I can't get fresh bread, meats and all the other ingredients fresh together. It's just better than thawing bread, meat, cheese and having one or two fresh things. You guys should be appreciative of this place. Even out in the middle of nowhere where I live I can get a completely fresh sandwich even in the middle of winter. Heh... and often times I've plowed my entire driveway just to get out to the main road so I could take myself to subway in the dead of winter just to get out. Don't knock this place. It's fucking great.
