Green units are usable anywhere - just pick a tank, healer and 4 damage dealers. Rio might fit in that category too, I've obviously never used her in campaign. If you wanted specific teams.
Red: Yuuka, Kokona, sHanako, Mutsuki, Iroha and Kisaki.
Kisaki could be swapped with Yuzu but I think just spamming through cheap EX's to get back to sHanako probably does more.
Yellow: Hoshino (or Tsubaki), Serina, sNeru, sHanako, Momoi or Nonomi and either Rio / Kisaki or Iroha
Blue: Hoshino / Yuuka, Kokona, sHanako, tHasumi, Iroha and Serina / Kisaki / Rio.
sHanako is busted enough you could frankly sacrifice a dps to run Kokona and Serina on any of the teams and just use their cheap EX's to cycle more sHanako's out. Tanks are also more or less completely interchangeable, their damage type doesn't matter nor does their armor type since mission mobs don't do type damage.
