Some fucking shithole in the middle of nowhere. This dude was old as fuck, in jail for a brutal rape and murder. Like 0 frame, body or intimidation left because he was frail as fuck by this point, no boss presence either, he didnt have a bunch of underlings, just by himself.
And he still had some young girl next door type giving him conjugal visits just cause of that ounce of notoriety.
