He was doing advanced zoomer technology stuff I could only follow some of the little I heard about. I remember being genuinely impressed, thinking that I could have thought of about a tenth of it, and I had no idea how the technology worked.
Also, his motives seemed genuinely more pure. Like a mad scientist who creates a death machine not to kill but to see if he could. Whereas I was horny, aroused, and paying attention.
