Any sufficiently fatty steak cut can be transformed into a burger mechanically (grinding) or by hand (freezer for 10 min, then fine dice with a knife). If it's just the form factor, the buns with tomato, lettuce, and cheese, then there's 100 better ways to eat it, in grilled sourdough, wrapped in persian flatbread, dressed up like a crunchwrap supreme, it's endless. Or loko moco, etc.
