Shameless fluff question about BFG of all things, what are some fluffy justifications for IN on IN action that doesn't boil down to one of them being openly rebellious? In 40K and the skimish games I can see how you could have some conflicts as anything depicted in-game is relatively low resources and the kind fo stuff commanders could probably get away with a slap on the wrist. But a BFG game involves considerably more resources han anything you'd ever see with the infantry games, and I just don't see how two fleet commanders could expect to get away with fighting.
Besides, aren't Navy battlefleets much less insular than Guard regilents? Commanders can't even claim to be acting out of ignorance.
