With all the bitching and complaining in this general, it makes me wonder if anyone is even going to pre-order any of the new Cathay stuff. Is Cathay going to end up selling out like the Bretonnia and Tomb Kings launch boxes? Or is it going to end up like Age of Sigmar's Dominion and Skaventide boxsets where GW overproduced and then tried drumming up FOMO to drive pre-orders but no one took the bait? We could see another repeat where Cathay battalion boxes are given away for free at tournaments and conventions.
