EC don't have Havocs anymore, like most units.
But I play Bile's CSM now.

No idea if they are good, but I would like to try them in Renegade and/or with a Sorceror Terminator somewhere.
The real downside of the Chaincannon is the AP, so I assume if I can fix that they would be good?
