Pretty much and that they can also do proxy work. But I think they also want to do it this way so the Siblings can be present at the same time. Especially funny now that they add voice lines of the other Sibling wondering how Eous can jump on his stubby legs or where he gets his bomb and hammer, which apparently they didn't provide for Eous.
