I've always wanted to see something where hell is just Hades on super steroids. A cold, foggy, desolate gloomy place utterly without hope where the damned flit about like bats in the darkness wanting to scream but unable. Just able to remember enough of their lives to despair but not enough to relive it. They'd constantly feel the naked vulnerability felt by Adam after eating the fruit a thousand-fold.
Any kinds of special punishments would also be more like Tantalos or Sisyphus where the main sensations are exhaustion, hunger, thirst, false hope, instead of 'and then I fill his ass with scorpions and cut off his dick and cut his head off and pour rats down his neck.
