No way.
The prettiest American city is St. Augustine Florida. Charleston, SC and San Fransisco, California also both have some really pretty parts of them; but they also have ghettos. St. Augustine is a rich city and there's nothing there but old architecture, tourist attractions, and the oldest European fort in North America.
Generally speaking I don't think many of our cities are very pretty. We have great nature; but very few cities that can compete with what Europe has. St. Augustine is an exception.
