I read this whole thread several times and I'm still not getting why this guy is raging so hard at "per capita", this is middle school social studies shit, what's even controversial about the statement that wisconsin has a lot of bars per capita? like what is there even to get upset about? is it a personal insult? it's like these anons disparaged his mom or something, I'm so confused
