Paradox of choice, which is the same thing ruining online dating. You give foids a huge number of applications or dates to choose from and they refuse to pick anyone because they now have a mindset that the next interview/match could be the perfect dream candidate/boyfriend. Fuck the person who "only" fits 99.5% of the requirements when you can delude yourself into thinking the next man up fits 100%. Women have been conditioned that settling for almost perfect is unacceptable and it's better to be understaffed/single for years on end instead.
