read the whole counsel of God not isolated verses. Romans 11, Zechariah 12, Revelation 7. Plain readings. Don't try to make the scripture say something they don't say.
There is a Synagogue of Satan among Ethnic Jews, but that verse is not saying all Jews are Synagogue of Satan. Jesus didn't come to condemn the Jews no matter how much you want Him to, and ultimately He saves a remnant of them.
Meanwhile Esau (the Edomites, from whence the Palestinians descend) are cut off forever, down to the last descendant (Obadiah 1). Obadiah even describes the Hashemite Coat of Arms, designed in 1924. Obadiah described it thousands of years ago:

Israel was told to genocide the Canaanites thousands of years ago. They were warned if they didn't it would be a stumbling block for them.
Well here we are, and they are a stumbling block for them still.
