Gal Guardians Servants of the Dark was one of the most rushed games Inti's ever released and its possible this was an emergency to help with their finances sooner rather than later

This can't keep going on and all these studios are going to die.

Aquaplus, a developer who celebrated their 30th anniversary last year, a name that was foundational in otaku VNs, is dying because of platform holder hostility. One person at Valve is killing a decades old industry.

Aquaplus is dying. No doubt because they and the content they specialize in are being systematically locked out of most platforms. If they end up bought out by chinks, I doubt they ever be allowed to make something like Dungeon Travelers or even the original ToHeart ever again. Key got bought out by chinks and now they no longer do eroge. Something similar will likely happen with Aquaplus even though they already stopped doing full eroge. Seeing shit like this makes my heart sink and makes me more and more fearful that this is Compile Heart and Idea Factory's fate as well. They're all in this same boat.
