Make a omelette.
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter or oil
Fillings of your choice (e.g., cheese, diced vegetables, cooked meats, herbs)
crack the eggs and add to bowl, add milk (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
Whisk the mixture until well combined and slightly frothy.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter or oil. Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it cook undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.
Once the edges are set, add your desired fillings to one half of the omelette.
Using a spatula, gently fold the other half of the omelette over the fillings. Cook for another minute or until the eggs are fully set and the cheese (if used) is melted.
You did it, champ.
