>could you go into a bit more detail about your approach? say, how many times you watch the videos
I watch the videos at 1.25x speed to get an idea of what's happening. I rewatch it, follow what the instructor is doing, pausing as needed.
>how precisely you follow the assignment instructions, how many times you do said assignments?
I normally just count the follow-along as the assignment since it's basically the same thing besides the difference in perspective. For example, if they're doing a still life, I'm using the same reference.
>and could you show some of your work? which course(s) are you currently working through?
I'm sort of switching between different courses since I'm on break and I have a lot of free time but I'm currently doing Fundamentals of Drawing and Perspective and Dynamic Sketching. For Dynamic Sketching, I'm doing my own thing for the assignments and not just following along. Here's something from Week 2 of Fundamentals of Drawing and Perspective.
