Everybody benched her when they realized that Xenoblade is designed to be beatable without a healer in the party.
The only reason to bring her out was one bullshit boss towards the end of the game.

Literally no personality, barely any stakes in the story, hardly changes as a character and takes up an active party slot that could go to a character that can actually do damage and heal at the same time.
