projective reunion is the first formal ritual ive come up with for biokinesis. as you can see ive used runes corresponding to rituals in red for quick notation. this is a general theme. there are 4 main influences behind the logic of this ritual

1) garrote’s own approach to biokinesis, named “reunion” involves talking to the body then listening for a response. his main influence for this idea came from neurolinguistic programming (hence we may trace this method ultimately to hypnosis which is a method we seem to have seen results with)
2) robert bruce’s techniques for astral projection. the key point here is his discussion of the projectable double and the signs of this being generated.
>In my opinion, the famous vibrations are not the cause of projection, but a symptom of the energetic activity associated with the internal generation of the projectable double. When energetic conditions are ripe for projection, the physical/etheric body begins to internally generate its projectabledouble aspect. But even though the buzzing sensation of vibrations is strongly felt in and by the physical body, no detectable physical vibrations are present. The physical body does not actually vibrate or buzz. This indicates that these vibrations are felt from within the etheric body only, or from within the projectable double as it is being generated, not from the physical body
