Finally finished outlining the plot for my first story. I wrote most of the first chapter and decided to look back and read it. It's so awful and it demotivates me. Should I just continue writing and go back to edit things in a week, hoping I've improved a bit in that time? Should I rewrite the same damn thing over and over until it's good? Should I stop caring and just publish slop that even I don't think is good?
