Well, and if you consider that the Scandinavians intermingled with the proto-Slavs in the late first millennium, then that also complicates the question. I have read neither Günther nor Rosenberg's theories myself yet, but from the actual policies pursued during the war, though they evolved over time, it does seem that the overwhelming majority of Slavs were intended to be exterminated through employment as slaves (that term being cognate with 'Slav' given earlier European history), while the territory of European Russia would be Germanized through a restart of the Ostsiedlung of the medieval period. Though I would guess that there would be a long transitional period where several generations of Slavs were still born during the colonization process, as a kind of permanent underclass. I am constantly reminded of Hitler's 'We must think in terms of centuries.' comment. That is a rare ability.

Who knows what would have actually happened had the war gone as planned? Perhaps the Jews would have simply been banished to Madagascar. We can never know.
