Which sex is best, as a straight trans woman who only dates men and is only a receiving partner?
>Prostate orgasms with completely flaccid penis
Or
>Neovaginal orgasms.
I am getting SRS because I hate having a dick and hate having erections. I could potentially be okay with it if it stayed flaccid and was unable to get hard, but I am worried this will never happen, hence scheduling SRS. I am currently stage 3 ED, I will get fully hard when supine/in missionary. Semi hard otherwise. I get aroused frequently and masturbate at least several times a week, have a partner and have sex multiple times per week. Even getting semi hard or bulging in my underwear causes me dysphoria.
Some people told me that if you stay upright and use a vibrator on the glans, perineum, and pubic mound only, you will quickly lose erections and retrain your nervous system to un-link arousal with the erectile response. Does this work? I am 3.5 years, how long does it take to stop getting hard?
please reply only if you're a pre op trans woman primarily into men who has an enjoyable sex life and relationship to their body, (and stopped getting erections) OR you're post op, mostly straight, but enjoyed anal intercourse with men prior to SRS.
I just want to make sure I'm not passing up a better life by getting SRS
