have you tried some other games/genres?
I like souls games a lot but i dont really think theyre very interesting for "no death" runs, i liked pic related's "steel soul" mode because its really long and theres a lot of route variety, but you dont have different builds here
DS1 is cool for replays with nice route variety and weapons but theres too many interesting tricks that involve high risk of death, or you might just get deleted by silly jank or the clunkier jump input
DS3 bores me way too much during its first half for it to be a good pick for me

Action adventure games in cool worlds with tight and somewhat demanding gameplay -> Miyazaki's approach is better
The above but not very deliberately made and much sillier -> An in between of Kojima and Itagaki
More loose adventures without as much focus on tight action and moreso on vibes and shit -> Kojima's approach is better
Applicable for just about about any high-action game ever -> Kawazu as long as its not something like 999 damage numbers
whatever -> Itagaki because ultimately it doesnt have anything to do with the quality of the gameplay
