Didn't try actual blondes, can't think of many. You might have a point on piss tint, I'll look into it for the next iteration.

Got the following so far:
>texture has to be adjusted so that there's no black shadow remaining from original one, black shade has to become color-tinted, orange in this case
>outline helps, it blends into skin and eyes way less this way, doodled it real quick but a proper even line should work even better
>eyes should probably have very dark top part to contrast with eyelash, though not yet certain on whether that's the good way to go
