Does literally anything in the game have higher BS than Exodus?
I thought his rules looked pretty meh for 165 pts (and still kind of do) but 4+ Crits and precision hits on an ap2 rifle with 6 feet of range d2 if he didn't move (probably D3 because of the crit) and 8 strength is kind of wild
