The FGC's forced hatred of COTW is really interesting because it shows that troons have infected the community so hard, that "owning the hcuds" is more important than making money at this point. If COTW released 10 years ago, it would have been a huge hit with everyone trying to play it. But the new you-know-whos have gained too much influence and are ruining the FGC in real time, resulting in the insane hate campaign.

Really telling how this is the only game that gets insanely attacked during the FGC's shill era and with the weirdest and most forced campaigns, too. oooooh the menus oooooooh the guests, ooooooooh the big badbrutal rape combos.

literally every other fighting game out now has a dogshit UI, live service korean mobile game ads, and 30 second tods, but for some reason, COTW doing this is just the worst thing ever. But we all know why they say it.
