If it wasn't for level scaling I would agree, but alas...
Anyways, anything below lvl50 is waste of time, and Bethesda agrees! Afterall they do try to sell a lvl 50 as soon as you step out of the vault for the first time (and over ten times the price third parties charge lmao)
