Tsunade and Kabuto being medical ninjas trivializes Sasuke's trauma because they can heal him. Kishimoto got to come up with the excuse that Leaf forces got cut in half by Orochimaru, leaving other adults like Iruka and Ebisu out because they can stop a runaway teen heading over to Orochimaru, or set up a safety net if he tries to leap the village border.
