I'm thinking about modding my piece of shit 2010 F150. I'm not a car guy by any means - what would you guys recommend I start with? To avoid rookie mistakes and just general retard decisions?

My end goal is something that looks tailored to my personality but is fast as fuck because I'm a shithead who likes to speed.

Would I be better off getting a hunk of junk and using that as my "playground" for mods, instead of my primary car?
