TLDR: Got the 200th store US swag, including Centos. Had a game. Lost, but had a blast playing!


I was pretty sure my opponent and I had agreed to meet at the Warhammer Store in Denton, as I knew the Citadel would be slammed. I got to Denton early, got the 200th store swag (including Centos), and got a message from my opponent that he was on his way. Sat down to chat with the other ladz, expecting my opponent to come in at any moment, then received a message: "I got us a table!"

No, you didn't. I'm here, and none of other the people in this building are you. Wait... are you at the Citadel?

Yes, he had gone to the Citadel. They were indeed swamped, with a double file line wrapped all around the store. They sold out of all their goodies, but we did indeed have a table, and did indeed have a game after I made it down there, and it was a ton of fun.

Wish I could play more often!
