It's really really bad for a modern deck. It's essentially a going third deck since it can barely put up anything as far as disruptions go, and its big play is a mass non-targeting board+GY banish on summon of Dreaming Nemurelia, with no way to summon her as quick effect. And it's rare you can actually pull that off going second, so you do it on turn 3 usually. Its It has big monsters but still struggles to OTK going second. I guess it has destruction protection which can be nice.

In a game where the only two decks were Nemurelia or Vaalmonica, Vaalmonica would be tier 0.
