I've always liked it. People were whiny faggots for no reason at all.
It's a proper sequel that doesn't drag forever, shows how characters are doing, gives the next gen something to do without making them ultra overpowered, has a fun villain instead of 1847 unmemorable characters. And most importantly best girl.
Yes, I have enjoyed the anime too.
