Over Rush Rares are a rarity in Rush Duel where the artwork expands past the frame, and is used as a higher rarity for regular cards (and just expensive as fuck bait cards)
So basically the question is why doesn't Konami just attempt to release pseudo-full art cards as a higher rarity?
