Had norwood 4, started dut+min 8mo ago, fall probably stopped, minimal increase in the areas were i was losing hair. Took dut only 3 times/week, zero side effects like depression or erection problems. Then i did an implant.
What i recommend is to start the medicine as soon as you go NW2 and get implant earlier, dont wait too much like me.

balding or not doesnt matter because the hairline is good. You wont benefit at all from implant to fill the small lateral pockets, also it will give you a feminine hairline. If you notice a small receding over months, then start dut+min.

Just browse their ig page, see reviews, reviews on reddit and thats it. I saw a lot of non shill real people getting excelent results from now hair time. Reddit calls now hair time a hair mill so, as you can see, trust your intuition and choose a doctor that has a solid results on portfolio and does the surgery himself. Find the average price in your contry and avoid choosing someone charging below avg.
Also no doctor is God and the final result depends on your case, how your body responds and so on. Someone with NW2 can go to a backstreet clinic and get a better result than a NW5 billionaire paying the best and most expesive doctor in the planet. So dont bother trying to find the "perfect clinic".
