I had to check out his other names, but my ranking would probably be

I tend to be biased towards the original Japanese as I tend to dislike Pokémon's localization, and I'm just a weeb, so Sakaki is my favourite. With Sakaki, I can also tack honorifics onto it and give him the respect he deserves by calling him Sakakisama.
IDK anything about Chinese, so I'm not sure if I'm even pronouncing it properly, but Sāgā is pretty cool imo.
Giovanni is just familiar to me, so it gets its ranking just for that. And I have no real opinions on the other three.
