I play a lot of gun holliday and even before the nerf it did some of the lowest DPS numbers in a 30 second window among the 3k items (on ONLY headshots too). It used to be my first purchase just for that early burst but since they've changed it to start off worse but scale better it just isn't worth getting as the damage is still pitiful late game when you actually have the boons to make it do damage at all.
