It's not typical 73 year old behavior to post selfies of every bodily injury. How does "falling on concrete" directly impact the eye this much but also damage his neck up to the top of his forehead and a large part of his face? Why does he never break a nose or eye socket or hurt his chin or lose a tooth in these falls? This photo looks like someone was wildly swinging their right hand or a belt at him and aiming for the eye but also hitting other areas.
