Also turret and barbette fires should not travel downwards, nor should non direct hits cause instant detonations in the first place for battleships.

Main problem is it being incredibly overtuned in it's current state, with it being awful to fight with anything but another Soyuz and making the other boats people, mainly naval enthusiasts, were existed for noncompetitive in comparison.
