I dont know why I feel so stressed. I thought I knew myself enough to be able to maintain my entire being stable, but lately, I have been going through a mental upheaval to the point it affects my health.

I never felt or have been through something like this up until now. I feel lost spirtually, mentally, and physically. I dont know how to cope and make of this tribulation.
