This game is so incredibly chill in a way that no other Mega Man game is. I think it's the soundtrack (esp. the Saturn version) and the anime cutscenes with goofy voice acting. Also it's so easy to just blaze through it with the charge shot

Mega Man 7 is actually the worst, and even then it's still a good game because hey it's Mega Man.
