that's the chance of it happening in a vacuum. when millions of people are doing hundreds of rolls it's guaranteed to happen over and over because you're not doing a test of exactly 2 rolls, you're just noticing if any 2 out of hundreds in a row line up. rerollers saw this dozens of times each.
