There's quite a few signs that didn't get translated, but the big one did. Yes, it says 針の山 which is "needle mountain" or "mountain of needles". This is a location in the Japanese Buddhist version of hell. I assume the other signs describe other locations. Hard to find a lot of good sources for this on English websites.
