On other message boards they've mentioned that it's an underage DUI, meaning he (probably) wasn't over the 0.08% BAC but because he's not 21, in Alabama any amount of alcohol is considered a DUI. Probably will have to take an online class about alcohol abuse and if he doesn't get in trouble again after a couple of years, be able to have it expunged. This assumes it's a first time offense.
It's crazy that so many athletes get DUI charges when they have the money for Uber and in many cases, a number they can call to have someone from the athletic department come pick them up and drive them home.
